Hi my copier is working fine but when it prints the paper pulls fine but I think theres something wrong with the roller inside bcause the paper would get crumbled befor printing causeing it to jam. What can Ido?
I have the same problem.

If it crumbles just before the exit, then the problem is with the fuser unit, there are 4-6 claws/teeth/scrapers that are supposed to help guide the paper out, when they wear out the catch the paper and turn them into accordions. Replace the claws, and check the heat rollers.
