We received a new modem for our DSL connection. Since we got the modem, my laptop says it is connected to the wireless connection, but nothing shows up. I called my local provider and they don't help with wireless problems. I would just like to be able to connect my laptop again.
-   I have this problem too. Says I am connected, pings good, assigns IP and everything, but cant connect to anything, not internet, not outlook, nothing.-   travh20

When you say nothing shows up , are you talking about the internet ? More info there.
Try some generic things first. Go to the bottom right corner where the icons are. Right click on your wireless icon , and then choose repair. See if that helps.
Also, check the status of your firewalls to see if that is what is keeping you from connecting. I won't tell anyone to disable their firewalls, but windows firewall gave me such headaches, I switched to the free one from Zonelabs and it works nicely and is much more intuitive.
Write back if that doesn't seem to help and we'll go from there.

I have a problem with my Colubris installation: As long as the accesspoints are on the same subnet, everything works fine. When I put an accesspoint on a different subnet, the wireless users (connection via an employers SSID eg. only authentication) get an IP-address and all, but cannot access anything on their LAN. Any ideas? :)

2 Power adapters have died in a period of 2 days ... The radios have functioned since 2005 ..is it possible that the radio equipment has a problem or just the Power adapter. Also I tried a Power injector that output 24 Volts as a temporary solution as I wait for my supplier to deliver the Motorola branded Power adapters , but this fabricated adapter has refused to work ... are the motorola canopy 5.7 ghz set to work only with motorola branded Power adapters ? I have a network tht is down now for 4 days .. plse advice
