If you are connected to a key system like a electra elite try dialing feature 80 feature at the main console.

We have samsung corded phones at the office i dont know the model name or anything but it is stuck on night mode even when i press the nightmode button what should i do?

Hi, I hope that you have already sorted your DCS problem out, if not then on the handset with Night mode on, with the handset in its cradle dial Transfer 107 then use your volume keys to find out which button has MODE on it. when you have sorted this press the mode button then dial 0000 then choose 1 for DAY. The video link which I have posted will hopefully help, others like this are on YouTube from abbeytel, or by visiting www.abbeytelecom.com.

Intercom light flashing

I'm guessing it's only on extension 10 or 11 :-) It is telling you that the system is in NIGHT mode. Try pressing INTERCOM and #.

It's a toggle between DAY and NIGHT service.

Enabling a extension to ring on night mode

We may need to know the exact system you are using and the model of phone.

Also we will need to know the group number the system is using for night mode. Normally group number 601 is day and 602 is night. If you call 602 that would ring the phones currently in night. Also you can try calling at night and watch the screen of the phone that rings if its a smaller screen phone press the info button while its ringing and one of the options will show the night ring group number as well.
Respond to this and I can further help.

Phone in night mode

go to EXT 100 and program a key with a code 560.
you will do that by pressing the menu or F1 key and then fallow the steps for programming a key.
once you have programmed the key press it once and the display will start changing from night to day to holiday, pick the day and you are done.
Better yet, go to the phone that has on the display word NGT/night, or DAY, HLDAY and press the each key until the display changes that word on the display. one of the keys is programmed with key code 560. the phones that do not show Day, Night and Holiday will not have the key.

let me know if this does not work for you, or you need other help

Stuck on Night Mode

Your phone can work on different Panasonic phone systems that program differently. I would need to know the model number of your phone system to look up specific information.

Until I get that info from you. Most systems can only be turned on and off from night mode at one phone station (usually the operator) but others will let you program a programmable key on any phone to do this. It's also possible to enter a function code from any phone on some systems.

Does it say Night Mode on a display? How do you know it is in night mode? If it is on a display, is it on all the displays or just one? If just one then that is the phone that can turn it off.
