HI,

All you have to do is just connect your keyboard to a USB port and it will work.If you have a driver cd with your keyboard then make sure you install it first on your PC and then connect your keyboard.

Removing the software and reinstalling it using a "clean boot" may
resolve the symptoms you are experiencing. Booting clean is a way to
eliminate programs from conflicting with installation of software.

    1. Download the latest version of the software for your OS from the manufacturer's website.
    2. Open the Windows Control Panel.
    3. Open the Add / Remove Programs window.
    4.
Locate the listing for the keyboard/mouse software and remove it. When
prompted to remove the keyboard/mouse drivers files, click Yes.

The following is the procedure for a 'clean boot' in Windows XP:

    1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG --> Click OK
    2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
    3. Uncheck Process SYSTEM.INI file
    4. Uncheck Process WIN.INI file
    5. Uncheck Load Startup Items
    6. Click on the Services tab
    7. At the bottom, check Hide All Microsoft Services
    8. Uncheck all boxes in the window or click the button labeled Disable All
    6. Click OK
    7. Click Restart

After restarting, reinstall the downloaded software. Next, do the following:

    1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG--> Click OK
    2. Replace checkmarks in the items that you previously removed them from.
    3. On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
    4. Click OK
    5. Click YES, when asked to restart your computer

Hopefully, you should not have any problem now.

    thank you

dont forget to accept the solution if you are ok with it.

Install keys

Most likely it should have a small USB receiver, unless it's bluetooth and you see something like a button underneath that would turn on discovery mode on the keyboard.

Yes you can use another reciever. Just make sure that you get the same model number and close to the same manufacture date (date usually doesnt matter but it helps) you can usually find replacements on ebay.
Thanks

SOME BUTTON NOT WORKING LIKE VOLUME BUTTON MAIL BUTTON

There should be an included CD with media and presentation software...this should allow you to have configuration menus in which to enter the email address, etc. Also, you can go into Windows control panel and choose the "keyboard"option. Then, choose properties and set up the keyboard functions--this example was from XP. Make sure the batteries are fresh. Usually, when batteries are weak, scattered functions start failing. Try re-installing the software if you're not getting anywhere. Ask yourself this: Was the keyboard ever performing correctly? When was the last time it properly worked--did I change something or remove an item and then the problems started? Hope I helped you.---Rick

Replacement keys

I think the only thing to do is search ebay - I've found someone else on here with a broken keyboard. If they will sell for spares then you can have the keys. I just need two of the springs.
