In some client accounts, old invoices have dissapaeared. For example, in one client, I have only a July 2007 bill, although many bills have gone out since then.

First check thet you do not have a filter set up on your program, the filter will show only selected invoices.

If you lost the data, the record table may have been damaged, check if you have a recent backup.

Do you have a backup of your files, the software should back up automatically if you set it up properly.

    Hello,
Well i would i have worked with many accounting packages but not timeslips..But i can be pretty sure that all these fall under the same blanket..So the main chances for missing invoices could be either the software is corrupeted or it has been misinterpreted by someone else who might have deleted few data..Thus the Solution is You must have Backup for all these Datas which i would highly recommend you to do always..If you already have the backup its well and good or else im sorry to say there no ways to retrieve these datas..Also if possible try to upgrade it to 2005 version which will be with more convenient options my friend!!..Thank you

Please post back for how things turned or for further assistance...

    Regards!!...

I want to swap my graphic card from a hp to a emachine

If you give me the model of the hp, the e-machine and the graphics card I could tell if it will work.
There are three types of cards ranked from slow/oldest to fast/new
  • PCI
  • AGP (dedicated graphics)
  • PCIe (16x slots are for graphics cards)

Almost everyone computer for the last 10 or so years will have PCI slots, usually only one no a days
AGP was a dedicated slot for graphics cards also outdated and anything newer than 2004-5 will probably not have one.
PCIe came out in 2004 and replaced AGP.

I would like to figure out how to format my hard drive. I have viruses on there, and it won't let me delete them, or run ANYTHING on my computer.

Hi,

Dell pcs manufactured before september 2004 will need a recovery disc to restore it to the factory settings..
In case the computer was bought after 2004 there is a factory image saved in the hard disc.
As soon as you turn the computer on press CTRL+F11 KEY together or CTRL+F12 KEY together.
You will get a screen to do a factory restore.
NOTE-ALL DATA WILL BE LOST IF YOU DO THE ABOVE MENTIONED STEPS BUT THE COMPUTER WILL BE NEW AGAIN.

If the above mentioned steps don't work or the computer is older that sept 2004 you will need a WINDOWS Operating system disc depending on your operating system Eg-xp,vista,win7 or you can also use a recovery disc which is usually provided by the manufacturer which is DELL

Hope this will fix your problem. If not please reply

Thanks and regards

Just want to know what year my sony 530g came out i like xp for pro tools how long will the main bord last help i like this 530g

This computer was released for sale on January 18th, 2004. Exactly how old the one you have is hard to tell. I would suspect it was sold sometime in 2004. How long the motherboard last is hard to tell. Keep the inside to the computer clean of dust and you will extend the life of the components. Neglect this and it will fail prematurely. Heat is the enemy of electronics and dusty components creates more heat.

I purchased a Dell Computer back in 2004 which came with Sonic Digital Media Plus v7. My PC has Windows XP Operating System. A few days ago I decided to install Version 6.0 of Roxios Easy CD/DVD Burning...

Try uninstalling Roxio and the Sonic drives and run Fixit. Then reboot and install Roxio first then the Sonic driver.
If this doesn't work uninstall again as previously, install Roxio and check the CD/DVD if necessary run Fixit then install Sonic driver.
