Question about Kenmore 2.1 cu. ft. Portable Top Load Washer
I finally figured out what the problem is for my machine (by the way, mine is a Whirlpool compact top load LCE4332PQ1). it was simply that the machine could not drain adequately. after several uses, the flexible drain tubing out of the machine would get kind of stuck far inside the fixed drain pipe in the house and I guess the position of the tubing made it so that the water could not get sucked out or pushed out of the machine completely. A while back, while having the all-lights-lit issue, I wiggled the drain tubing and right away heard the machine finish draining and then it started spinning again properly. SoI rigged the flexible drain pipe so that it can't get stuck in this way anymore and I have not have the problem since.
The way i figured it out is by chasing down some troubleshooting tips on the manual and some tips pointed to a problem with drainage.

All I did was place a cloth between the washer and door to shut tightly. Started right up after.

You need a new circuit board. Sorry, no way around it, the board needs replaced. You didn't mention how old your machine is.
