Door locked blinking (by 2 users)

Hi Guru, following is our conversation from yesterday. Can you help me find a solution for my door locked blinking problem. Unplugging the range did not work.

Hi, 

I used the oven self cleaning option and since then I have a blinking ' door lockez sign' and my oven does not work. Do you have a solution for me Guru ?

If you ask me, this feature is more trouble than its worth. I don't have a clear resolution for you, but I have a few suggestions. First, try unplugging the range for at least 30 minutes to see if the Electronic Oven Control (EOC) will reset itself. If that doesn't correct it, you may have a door lock that is jammed, or an EOC that has failed. Try the preliminary step, first and let me know the results.
