jus got fron home shopping club .got top off but can not get screen or glade out to clean did not get any instructions

This really sucks. You can't find a website that will even let you download an owner's manual and one didn't come with my machine, which I purchased at Costco. If you go to their "official" site, the stupid webmaster must not be a master....you can't manipulate the browser whatsoever to get to what to need to see. I'm throwing mine in the garbage.
