Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Kurtnan, this could be a few issues and I may need more information but from the crisp issue, your printer may be in need of a calibration which you can do from the home center or the menu. It may also be an issue with the paper that is being used.
Julka, really the only thing that can help your issue may be a firmware upgrade from kodak.com, a calibration, or changing the settings on the computer to better quality.
If these steps don't solve the problem it will be more of an in depth issue.
