Question about Computers & Internet
It sounds like maybe a memory issue. I would suggest running a test on the ram with DocMemory found at http://simmtester.com/page/products/doc/SendDocMemory.asp?ver=3.11_beta
You may need to register at this site in order to download the program. The registration is free. I have used this program many times and it seems to be a pretty trustworthy program.
You can review the Users Guide at http://www.simmtester.com/page/products/doc/docguide.pdf

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
