The steam doesn't flow into the mop head - Euro-Pro Shark Steam Mop - Gray/ Purple Vacuum

My shark wouldn't steam with the head on so I cleaned the holes with a paper clip and then poured CLR through it and it is working now.

HEATING ELEMENTS BURNT OUT. WILL COST OVER $100. TOFIX. SHARK NOW HAS A NEW MODEL "SHARK 3" MUCH BETTER

It sounds like the head could be clogged up. Try running water in the head and see if that works

Try running a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water,turn on & let run through if this dosn't work take the mop head off ( unplugged of course) & poke a needle or paper clip through the hole replace head & try vinegar solution agian. It worked for mine you need to clean out lime scale.

That head can stick very tight...get someone to hold the head and you pull the mop...


The heating element may have died or there is an obstruction...
