Question about LG Dishwashers
It's just come back from having the circulation pump motor replaced. It was reassembled and tested. Now we try to use it and all the lights come on - we need a manual.
If you need a user manual log onto LG's website. they are avalaible as PDF files.

The main water pump on this model does not last long. The water seal between pump and motor starts to leak that result in the adjacent motor bearing corroding and eventually failing, resulting in excessive noise. Later the water leak becomes so bad that it triggers the "E I" water leakage display and prevents it from completing the program. The pump and motor is sold as one unit and the whole unit must be replaced. I have tried to replace the faulty bearing and repacked the rubber seal with silicon grease but with no success. If anyone have repaired the water seal successfully please let us know.
