Then Clear all pending documents in the printer queqe.
Control panel printer & faxes>> Printers.
Double click printer icon & start deleting all document fron this queqe.
Then restart pc. After restart delete the printer icon completely.
Later connect usb cable & turn on printer wait for few minutes till printer configures & start printing.

Hi ihimc1, over time dust and paper fibres can cause the rollers to stick, which can result in the paper not feeding please take these steps below to clean the rollers. Turn off the all-in-one.Unplug the power cord from the back.Remove the rear access door. Clean the rollers one at a time using
a clean cloth that is slightly dampened with water. Rotate the roller
to clean the entire surface.
Verify that the three paper feed rollers on the rear access door are clean and rotate freely. Reinstall the rear access door and then plug the power cord back in.Turn the all-in-one back on.

In forms check creat a new form and give name Leagalx
Set Width 8.5in Height 14.00in Left 0.50 Ri 0.50 top 0.50 bott 0.50 then save form and close it.
Open the printer properties select forms > change forms
and select the "leagelx". Ok.
