Question about Panasonic CQ-VD7001U Car DVD Player
I know that people have asked this but i have tried the soultions and they didnt work. i held the toggle to the right for ten sec the pushed the power mode button but nothing happened the unit will turn on and off so to speak but only as far as the screen popping out and then folding back in the screen remains blank and we have left the unit unplugged for weeks now. we changed the battery on the car and a friend hit the power button when it asked for a security code thinking we would be able to do it when we got home. when we got the car back we went to turn on the dvd player and all we got was a black screen. now we have tried to hold the toggle and push the power button on the unit we didnt have a remote at the time it didnt work. now we have a remote and have just using it to power the unit up but that doesnt work either. (the remote was given to us by a panisonic dealer) can anyone help with this problem
Do u need a power cord when hooking up or does it come from the car.
