My FinePix F710 has developed a problem.....the flash does not work and the shutter speed seems to be slow ?? the light flashes as if it's charging the flash but does not stop flashing ?? any advise ? Battery fully charged, camera not dropped....please please please help !

- Ye, the light keep flashing on my Samsung S630 but the wont flash, the same with self timers, they wont work either.- msawacha
