Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

What age is recommeded for using the jumperoo? and how do I set the height to a lower level?

It should say on your box. but 6 months is usually the age. but really when they can support their neck and hold their own head up.

My son started using it around 3 months. I put him in it when he had good neck strength and no longer had any head wobbles.
From about 3-5.5 months he enjoyed the toys on it. But he didn't start jumping until about 5.5-6 months, but once he figured it out (literally after I demonstrated it by jumping in front of him) he LOVED jumping and playing with the toys.

Check that using Bumbo about 3-4 months. Doorway jumper 5-5 1/2 months. Exersaucer 6or 7 months maybe.

I hope helps.

I bought a Sharp's Micro Component System some 5 years ago (27/11/05), it has remained in the box as new and I have just recently started using it. Within the last 3 months it has been played about 4 times...

I have bought things intended for future use but have never left anything in the box untested. With the speed of assembly and manufacture, junk gets shipped by every company so one needs to know early if an item is DOA or not.
I don't think you have any recourse but to have it repaired at your cost or add it to the huge pike of other dead Asian electronics.

Vhs SP tapes

It sounds like the tapes may be physically damaged, wrinkled or creased. This may have been done when they were played in whatever machine you used 5 years ago. Tapes can also be damaged in storage by heat or humidity. Tapes should also be stored on end in their boxes, not flat. If these tapes were stored flat, the bottom edge might have gotten wrinkled. This can damage the control track and cause playback issues.
