Nokia N70 music edition memory card got corrupted

Ok, sorry for the confusion. I'll elaborate it this way. I have a Nokia N70 music edition phone bought in May, 2008. Till now it was working fine but 2 days ago, all the data from memory card got deleted. When I tried to access the card, it said "Memory card corrupted". I tried to format it but it doesn't work. I even connected it to PC but PC doesn't recognise the card. Hope this is clear. Please help!!

Achu go to Settings from the menu and select memory card settings and format your memory card.
then it will be ready to be used in your phone.

My name is achu.i had formatted my memory card using a pc. But the system files also got deleted when i formatted it. So i now could not use it in my phone which is n70.What are my options to get through this problem? Could i install the system software of the memory card by myself? If so then how could i do that?
