Could you provide less detail on what you actually did and what happened which might not have been right?  In general you need to try simplifying and underclocking things to get it to boot, though if the update truly was interrupted you get to have a shop with a spare BIOS for your motherboard bail you out and finish flashing the BIOS.

Additionally, you need to provide less detail on 'nothing will work,' perhaps leading people to speculate you're impotent or in cardiac arrest.
Those are very easy to diagnose.

Try updating the right software of your bios. Wrong software installation will make your PC crash. When this occurs, try rebooting your PC during start-up then writedown the bios version of the motherboard. Surf the website of the manufacturer and download the latest version of the bios software then install it.

Error code 0f00-1332 even with new hard drive

ok if you can scan and check for viruses sometimes virus can play havoc on your computor if that doesnt solve it and if it is under warranty take it back where you got it from and tell them the problem.

check 1. CPU utilization in BIOS and what is the CPU Temp.. using. 2. Remove Hard disk and ON the system if not restart the system than there no problem with CPU / SMPS. 3. If the system restart. 4. Check the CPU, SMPS problem.

Replaced hard drive and now during start up, computor stops on bio screen and ask for pressing f2 to open windows or f1 for recovery. compaq sr1430nx

this sounds like an error in your bios configuration go in and check to see if all your bios settings are correct and if there being saved everytime you reboot if theyre not being saved you may have to replace the cmos battery on the motherboard

My monitor will not come out of stand by, and I noticed last night that my keyboard is not on either. I thinking its a motherboard issue. Help please

standby can sometimes not work because of hardware incompatibility. easy way is not to use it, or use hibernation instead.
if you insist using it, you can try to updae the bios or reset the bios or unplug all usb devices and pci cards and try to see what cause the error.

Comp doesn't power anything

It's likely to be these four main culprits:

Video Card / GPU

Memory

Motherboard

CPU

Start by opening up the case (with the power removed of course) and try removing and reseating your video card and memory sticks.

Then restart the computer.

If nothing changes, try removing the bios battery with the computer unplugged for about five minutes then put it back.

If those don't work then it's probably a motherboard problem, but if you get any beeps messages or anything else changes, let me know and I'll throw some ideas your way.

I updated BIOs and now every thing is gone.

Okay, sounds like your BIOS upgrade went south. First off, re-install the original BIOS. Usually you back up the original before upgrading. Either that, or d/l the original BIOS from emachines.com. Once you've got the BIOS working, try starting the system. I'll need to know more to help you from there.

After installing hard drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse not working

Have you tried to enter BIOS? Are you able to enter BIOS?? There may be an option you have to hit to enable SATA, and to select the boot device order, which may be messing things up.
Also, remember that STATIC ELECTRICITY is your enemy! Ground yourself when working inside the case.
