There have been a lot of complaints about it and it nearly prevented me 2 buy it
In my it is Problem Free i brought it in september i live in the middle east & was SURPRISED not 2 find any 1 pRoblem of restart It Works Perfect u can mail me & ask AT [email protected]
Most of the CFomplaints r from the peaople living in UK infact i think a defective Batch went 2 the UK as mE & My friends none of them have the Problem
I even Expirmented it As shown on You tube
Otherwise Probably it Restars For others i guess is due their network operator MAYBE.

When I go to the Media part of the phone after about 5-10 seconds the phone will vibrate, go blank and restart itself.

yes im with orange, and after sending my handset back 3 times they replaced my phone with the same model phone. it is still happening, software updates do not work, so dont bother updating the software. just go to your provider and inform them that the problem keeps happeneing and that software updates dont work and see what they say. Orange wont let me have a different handset even though the problem is still happeneing after they have replaced the phone! i have to wait 6 months to get my upgrade and i have a faulty sony ericsson which is oranges fault!
My W910i just doesnt like working at all, first it began with the phone turning off and leaving a red light next to the camera and now when i turn the phone on it loads up to the home screen and sticks searching for the network! None of the buttons work, but it keeps the time. Now it just sits on my desk restarting itself every few minutes. Anyone got any ideas what to do? thanks in advance
i have the same exact problem, at least 4 or 5 times aday it will freeze, the red light appears and turns itself off.
wierd thing is though my partner has the same phone and works perfectly, only difference is im on orange and have the red version and hes on vodafone and has the black one
