SAECO Incanto Rondo espresso machine

My SAECO Incanto Rondo grinder starts for about 1-2 seconds and shutsdown. The red light on the bottom right of the front knob flashes. If I turn it off the issue resets itself only to come back again when I use the grinder. Help please.

I had a similar problem, but the red light was solid not flashing. Per another post on another site, the grinder has two methods for turning on/off sensor that measures revolution and voltage drawn by the grinder. My problem turned out to be that the grinder would turn itself off because it thought that there were no beans in the hopper. I resolved this by cleaning out the grinder thoroughly and resetting the grind control to so the ceramic disks were closer together.

Hi,

I think you have to take it to a Saeco service center, they have to upgrade your power board in the machine.

Saeco Incanto Rondo right red light is on and I cannot make coffee. The machine grinds the beans but does not dispense any coffee.

Try to set the machine to grind finer. Common problem with this machine when the grinder grinds too coarse, and the coffee will not fit in the brew unit during the cycle. Grinding finer will allow the brew unit to compress and the machine should complete the cycle.

If this does not work there may be another thing to try, Let me know support@cerinicoffee.com

Ave an SAECO INCANTO RONDA with milling problems.

You can turn the grinder (mill) so the plates open for a more gross coffee this will help the grinder motor to rotate more free you can use a vacume cleaner to **** all the remainig coffee inside the grinder. If still not any reaction you have to desasemble complete clean the grinding plates. If you still not have any reaction then the grinder motor burn out and need to bee replaced.

I have a Saeco Incanto Rondo with a grinder related problem

First step.If the grind is to coarse the burrs will spin to fast sensing no beans.
Solution: The grind needs to be finer. Caution you can over adjust causing the clay burrs to shatter.

Saeco: grinder stops grinding

Hello, This may be the solution for you: having removed the ceramic grinder to clean out the unit, one of the wires on the grinder had become removed (the "center wire") on the connector. The 2 outside wires were sufficient to give me the illusion that the grinder was connected correctly, however it would only run for a half second and then coast to an annoying stop.

Check all 3 wires that connect to the grinder and make sure they are making contact.

Stuck grinder

Hi,

make sure you not get any damp into the grinder. If you have damp in the grinder then it do not grind the beans.
