Re: Hi There The cutting deck is not cutting properly,...
Have you sharpened the blades? They must be sharpened regularly.
Also, the deck should be level left to right and be slightly lower in the front of the mower.
Ensure that the blade is installed with the sharp edge closer to the ground when installed on the mower.

Any debris on top of the deck e.g. thumb sized mulch, driveway stones, pencil diameter sticks or larger. All may cut and snap a belt if they get wedged between the belt and any of the pulleys.
Any hard foreign object of the size that will jamb into a pulley v groove.
To renew the cutting deck on an LR 135 (assuming it refers to a specific model), you can follow these general steps:
Safety first: Ensure the lawnmower is turned off, and disconnect the spark plug wire to prevent accidental starting.
Remove the old cutting deck: Depending on the specific design of your lawnmower, you may need to remove any side panels, belts, or other components that connect the cutting deck to the mower. Follow the instructions provided in the lawnmower's manual or consult the manufacturer for guidance on removing the cutting deck.
Prepare the new cutting deck: Ensure you have the correct replacement cutting deck for your LR 135 model. Compare it to the old deck to ensure they are the same size and have the necessary mounting points.
Install the new cutting deck: Align the new cutting deck with the mounting points on the lawnmower. Carefully reattach any belts, side panels, or other components that were removed in the previous step. Make sure the deck is securely attached and properly aligned.
Reconnect the spark plug wire: Once the new cutting deck is installed, reconnect the spark plug wire to the spark plug.
Test and adjust: Before using the lawnmower, it's important to test the new cutting deck and make any necessary adjustments. Start the lawnmower and listen for any unusual noises or vibrations. Ensure the cutting height is set correctly and that the blades are properly aligned.
You do not say which size cutting deck you have. I will be writing about the 48", 3 blade cutting deck
The belt on this deck is self tensioned. The tension is provided by a spring attached to a moveable pulley on the deck. When the belt is in place you can manually force this pulley forward/backward and it will release the tension.
If the belt is off track, place the belt back around all the pulleys in the correct path, lastly force this spring loaded pulley forward/backward (depending on your deck, the direction is not important, the tension is) to get the belt around the pulley. If the belt is placed correctly, when you release the spring loaded pulley it will properly tension the belt.
Typically, these belts should not be jumping off. If yours is coming off frequently the belt may be worn. When they wear they get quite a bit longer, then the tension pulley cannot apply the correct tension. Rarely does the tension spring have to be replaced.
The other problem that causes belt jumping is worn spindles and stationary pulleys. The spindles are the most likely to need replacement. You can buy excellent replacements for JD spindles on Amazon for very reasonable prices. The following spindles are super replacement spindles for the 48" deck. They may very well be the same for smaller and larger decks; I have not researched that. Just search Amazon for Silver Streak # 285851.

You can also find replacements for the flat pulleys on Amazon. If you cannot find what you need there, go to http://www.greenpartstore.com//
On a clean lever surface, raise the deck as high as it will go. With the motor OFF, look under the deck. One of the blade tips will be lower than the others. That will be the source of the problem.
If you hit something with the deck, the deck itsself may be bent, or the blade may be bent. If everything is really worn, the assembly holding the deck up may be worn on one side, causing it to sag on that side, but this should be visible to the naked eye.
If the radio is new take it back it has a bad signal rectifier if its been working well but just started to play up have the antenna checked or replaced failing that your deck has worn out its rectifier if am or MHz am is as bad as fm then replace deck
sounds like one or more of the pulley bearings is frozen or turning very hard just jack up the mower and check each pulley how easy it turns replace bad one hope this helps
It needs to be leveled. Level it from side to side and front to back, then drop the front 1/4" lower than the rear. The hangers holding the deck in place are adjustable.
