1.router is working, So no need to reset the router.
2.Use router IP trough browser to know the status

First, What the brand and model of the router?

Try this:
1 - Click in the RESET button.
2 - Access the Router via Browser and check if the router are totaly OK.
3 - Power Off and Unplug the Wall, reconect with 1 minute out.

But more help, you may send the brand and model.
