My flash dive is not work pc is not recognize it

Windows XP, Vista , or Windows 7 should be able to automatically detect and install it. Try using it on another computer that has either Windows XP, Vista , or Windows 7 on it. If it doesn't automatically detect and install it on that one then the flashdrive is dead.

If you have an older operating system then go here to download the driver:

go to device manager and click on display adapter then right click on ATI X1650 then run an update. It might be because the driver on your computer is not update with the driver that is not compatible with windows 7. Hope this would help. Thanks.

I just purchased a Diamond VC500 capture card and the program won't detect the usb plugin and shows a black screen. I am running windows 7 and also whenever i try to install the driver it goes to open file...

The problem basically may be that this item is not supported under Windows 7 as of yet. No need to panic. The next option is to run your windows 7 in XP mode. It is called a virtual machine. Run your machine under XP, install the driver and then connect your capture card. you should be fine. For information on running windows under XP mode check the link below:

Yes and No. Let me explain. You have taken an older board that worked with XP and tried to make it work in Win7 (which is not supported by the board). Add in your graphics card switch, and you have a real mess.

You can upgrade your motherboard (for one that is compatible with Win7 - (ie. a brand new model with Win7 certification) and use a graphics card that is also Win7 compatible, or

Go back to a configuration that worked

DVD Writer not functioning properly in XP

Hi there.
While you are in XP go to the device manager, look down the list of devices for the DVD rom, click on the + icon next to the DVD rom, right click on the DVD and uninstall it, restart the PC and let windows re-detect the DVD and install it.
I also suggest that you clean the registry, download Ccleaner from here, install it and clean the system and registry.
