why inappropriate I gave a solution according to your question if it was not correct perhaps you should have asked the question different at least it should have been helpful
My answer gave you something to try which may have done the job
There is one other thing to try
go to C:\ right click properties/tools/check now when box pops up tick box to repair any faults reboot when windows reboots it will scan you system and registry files and repair any faulty ones. as sometimes this causes unseen problems

Disable power saving mode

Sorry, but you will NOT be able to DISABLE the power saver mode on this printer. The printer will still go into "power saver mode", but it takes longer to do so, if you set diffrent as default time delay [ Two power saver modes: (1) print to standby mode 35 Watt, user-definable 1-30 minutes, default 3 minutes ; (2) print to powersaver mode 4 Watt, user-definable 5-60 minutes, default 10 minutes ].

How do i get it to stop powersaver at start up

its not the monitor.. it is your computer's power saver option. If you are using XP, start--->go into control panel----> power options and there will be options for different thing... find where it says turn off monitor after 15 min and make it to any time you want. Also same in vista and windows 7..

How to stop my laptop from turning off when I am watching or reading something

1. right click on an empty spot on your desktop-select properties. select the screen saver tab-using the drop down arrow by the screensaver box change the screensaver to "none", click apply.

2. while at the screensaver tab, click on the "power" button- click on the down arrow on the right side of the Power Schemes box and select "always On"- click APPLY and OK

This turns off your screensaver and power management for continuous play of dvds or extended reading time..
you will have to yurn off the monitor manually if you leave the computer running all night as it wont auto powersave now...

Power saver problems

Did it come out of power-save mode when you connected it to the other computer?

Does your laptop have a "toggle":
* video-output only to internal LCD screen
* video-output only to external monitor
* video-output to both displays
?

If so, toggle the setting to "external" or to "both".

So my computer games have been lagging way too much. I use an HP laptop pavilion to play certain games like Call of duty, Crossfire, etc. and all of the games get around 20-30 FPS. What's weird is that...

My guess is that the laptop gets hot and then goes into a powersaving plan to reduce heat production, as a sort of overheating protection. If you want to stop this, run the game on a better cooled machine (dekstop PC) or get a laptop cooler.

Hp 4100dtn powersave issue

I see that your machines are not on a network but do they have network cards installed?
The jet direct card can cause various problems. Look to see if they are in your machines and remove them if they are.
If that doesn't work you can print an event log and see if any errors corespond with the condition.
Hope this helps

Toshiba Power Saver

It sounds like the built in powersaver utility is crashing. Assuming you can log into the OS after the error, go to Control Panel - Power Options and change to some other (or none at all) setting. And/or uninstall the application completely.

If you can not even get into windows you could try changing the power settings within to bios to disable power saving at all, and that might allow you to boot properly and then turn off/uninstall as described above.
