The likely of of a repair to a low/medium camera- you did not specify which being repaired at all is slim- as these items are ' like all small electronics deemed 'disposable'
A 'repairer could well charge you an inspection fee plus the costs of sending it in only to find no repair is possible.
The exception to this is if it is a major component failure during warranty or if a known fault occurs - then the camera would be replaced

So if the rest of it works - count your selfe fortunate and don't drop it again

The repair cost depends on many factors.
1) your location
2) the make and the model of the camera
3) the problem and the damages
4) estimation by the repairer

Cant turn on image stabilizer

When you are in recording menu, third line in the menu says Photo Stabilizer. But if tat one is grated out, that means it is not available. The manual never says anything about the stabiliser function.
So if your camera allows you to stitch between stabiliser on or off, please let me know.

You dropped it and that is the problem, it is junk. Repair cost will exceed price of good camera.

I have a luimx camera and recently it comes up with system error O.I.S what does that mean?

It means that the Optical Image Stabilisation has a fault.

If the camera is still under warranty then return it to Panasonic for a free repair (subject to conditions regarding possible misuse, accidental damage, exposure to moisture, electric shock etc.). if the camera is out of warranty then repair costs are likely to exceed the cost of replacing the camera. Try turning the OIS off; if the camera then becomes usable then just learn to live without that non-essential and battery-munching function.

My Samsung i7 has a cracked screen and now the touch screen does not work. Can this be fixed and what is the cost

The LCD touchscreen costs roughly around 60-70% of the cost of the camera+ service well...you may as well get a new camera for that cost. The best thing you can do in this case would be to sell it online on ebay or the like and get a new one. Atleast you will get some cash to get a new camera.

My camera was dropped, and now the flap that covers the battery and memory card will not close, because the little part that kept it closed is what broke off. Is it possible to get this fixed, and does...

Fuji Finepix camera fault

Dropped, that's rough. As far as the lens goes, it could be damaged or jammed. The LCD however sounds broken, once the seal is lost the display needs replaced.
In any event, these are not battery related issues.
