Question about Nokia 6233 Cellular Phone

Battery backup problem

My phone is getting (highly) heated up when i play the songs with high frequency output.
In Technical terms, the board is getting heated up.
My battery backup has also gone low to almost 50min now...(Earlier it was 30min before i get my software updated in the Nokia Care Center)
Could you please tell me reason for that and solution if any.

My amplifier gets quite warm after10 miuites of turning it on .


resnoble is a subjective term so I assume it is mid range. They should get warm but not hot. Check if there a fan that is not working.

If you do not have the proper test equipment it can be difficult. One thing that causes this is a high frequency noise going through the output section. It would be above audio so you would need a scope to check.

Turn on all of the devices in your sound system. Turn off any auto-equalizers on your sound system to gain fullest control over frequencies. This switch might be found on the receiver or the equalizer itself.

I have panasonic nn-gs597m microwave its working normal but not heating, I opened the cover magnetron is hot the fan is working. Any help?

Diode

The high voltage diode converts the A/C power output of the transformer to D/C, doubling the voltage to nearly 5,000 volts. This high voltage powers the magnetron which emits the energy that cooks the food. If the diode burns out, a lower A/C voltage reaches the magnetron, which is not sufficient to power the magnetron. When the diode fails it is often visibly burned out. If it appears to be good, it can be tested with a volt-Ohm meter capable of testing diodes. High voltage diodes frequently fail and are one of the most common points of failure in a microwave oven. A regular meter with a diode checker will not work to check these diodes. You have to use a meter with a 9 volt battery or put a 9 volt battery in series with the diode to check it.

Door Switch

If the microwave does not heat, one of the door switches might be defective. Microwave ovens normally have three door switches, if any of them fail the microwave does not turn on and does not heat. Check the switches for continuity with an Ohm meter.





Magnetron

If the microwave oven doesn't heat the magnetron tube might have burned out. The magnetron uses high voltage, high current DC power to generate the microwave frequency that cooks the food. If the microwave oven is turned on when it is empty this can cause the magnetron to burn out. Once it is burned out it has to be replaced, it's not repairable.





High Voltage Capacitor

If the microwave doesn't heat the high voltage capacitor might be defective. The high voltage capacitor works with the high voltage diode to convert the output of the transformer to DC voltage and to double the output voltage. If the capacitor is burned out the entire high voltage circuit stops working properly. The high voltage capacitor can be checked with a special VOM meter which has a capacitance testing capability. Be aware that the high voltage capacitor can retain a charge of more than 3,000 volts and can injure or kill a person if not handled properly. Only trained technicians should perform this type of testing.





High Voltage Transformer

If the microwave does not heat, the high voltage transformer might be burned out. Microwave ovens produce a very high voltage in order to power the magnetron antenna, which emits the energy that cooks the food. When a high voltage transformer fails it will usually arch and have a burning smell.





Thermal Fuse

If the microwave doesn't heat the thermal fuse may have blown. It can be tested for continuity. Watch our fuse testing video for more information.





Thermoprotector

If the microwave doesn't heat the thermoprotector may have tripped. This is a safety device to prevent the microwave from overheating. It can be tested for continuity to see if it's blown.





Main Control Board

If the microwave doesn't heat the main control board may be defective. This is not common. When a microwave doesn't heat the problem is usually a faulty door switch or within the high voltage circuit; either the high voltage capacitor, diode, transformer or magnetron.

What is the frame output ic


Hello
Frame output IC means nothing, but the VERTICAL OUTPUT IC. Every TV will have it, which will scan picture vertically at 50 or 60 Hz. [1 HZ means one frame per second. Normally TVs will have 50Hz, 60Hz and 100Hz vertical frequency]. As vertical frequency rat increases, the picture fliker wil decrease. High level high-cost TVs will have 100Hz or even more frequency will be used for vetical scanning.
In the case of computer monitors, the vertical frequency will vary from 60Hz to 120hz. You can see its picture stability, at this high frequency.
The IC [Integrated Circuit Chip], which generates the vertical frequency and outputs it called the vertical output [frame output] IC. OK

I have a Shure SM58 wireless Mic setup here. The unit is in mint condition, but is unfortunately a mismatched set in terms of frequency do to the theft of my other "set". If you know how to...


Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done. It would take a highly technical service center with about $100,000 worth of test gear to retune it after the circuit board was swapped out.

Also, these frequencies are now illegal to use in the U.S.

Charging paused. Battery temp. too high or too low


In my technical experience
this occurs mainly in the samsung mobile phone

it is not because of your battery.it is because one of your ic chip is being damaged......you need replace it.you can touch the phone internal chip and see which one of the chip is getting more heated up..you need to replace it..can you please tell me your model no.?so i may help you in chip replacement.

50Hz to 60Hz conversion


Hi, Your idea is basically sound and should work as long as the UPS originally is designed to produce 240V 60Hz and has its own built in timebase. The reason is that the input as long as the voltage matches makes no difference (50 or 60 Hz). By design, the UPS converts the input voltage to DC to charge the internal battery. The battery then powers an electronic circuitry that produces the 240V 60Hz. The input is then isolated from the output in terms of frequency. This is a common design, however, there are some (not many) that uses for its local oscillation sampling from the source and therefore will replicate the input frequency to its output, but very rare; it's better that you know they exist. Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back how things turn up or should you need further information. Good luck and kind regards. P.S. The only problem with 50 and 60 Hz is heat buildup which is tolerable and still within safe parameters. The only time the 50/60 HZ makes a big difference is when motors are used, timers such as in the early designs of microwave ovens, washing machines, etc., pumps and other highly inductive consumers. Most electronic devices converts the AC input to DC and therefore the frequency has negligible effect. Of course others may see it differently.
