Hey,, Try re-seating the processor
this will ivolve removing the heat sink and fan, removing the processor then putting it back in..
You will then need to clear the cmos, to do this there is a jumper on your board named jcmos or jp1 or batt.. this is a 3 pin jumper, its currently set to 1 and 2, set it to 2 and 3 , wait 10 secnonds then set it back to 1 and 2
Verify the the power selector on the power supply is set to the correct voltage 220 or 110..
