Question about Heating & Cooling
I have an air tempo kcd-45c/ada ptac unit thats reading an E4 error on screen. The maunuel only tells you that there is a problem with the ptac....any idiot could figure that out......any tips would be greatly appriciated.

I understand that the compressor continues to run after your Frigidaire air conditioner has turned off. From that information it sounds like there could be a possible issue within your control panel or relay. I would recommend a reset on the appliance, to perform a reset unplug the power cord you will see a test button, push that button and you will hear a click. You would then press the reset button you will hear a click again signifying that the appliance has been reset. Then plug your air conditioner back in. If you continue to have an issue with your compressor I would seek assistance from a professional. Hope this is helpful. -Matt
