I keep getting the code f2 and sud and then f2 again. It stated in the manual to push the pause button twice and I did this. It turns off the washer but it will not let the water drain out of the bottom of the washer. I have had to manually take every article of clothing out and ring them out. I am exhausted from doing this. Please tell me what to do.
Ok id say something is jamming the drain screen remove the lower panel after drain the washer there are two ways to deal with this as there will sill be water in the tub of the washer you can get a hose clamp from the auto parts store for radiators hoses and clamp the tub to pump hose before removing the white dial of the front of the pump or get a shop vac and pull the water out through the drain hose in the standpipe and be sure you use he or low suds detergent if your not already

Thank you! We will try this tomorrow first thing!
This actually worked for us too. Pull off the bottom panel and you will see a white 3-4 inch drain you can twist the top off of. put a towel underneath to catch the excess water and unscrew it. i found a sock and padding from a bathing suite top clogging my drain outlet. Now my maching works well! just make sure you put the bottom panel on before you attempt to run the machine again. It will not run at all until you do!
