Silly problem with sanding band

This must be so easy/obvious that the instructions are not provided. However, I can't figure out how to switch out the sanding band on the sanding drum mandrel. I got the old sanding band off, but can't figure out how to get the new one on!
Thank you very much,

Make sure to loosen the screw on the end of the mandrel. After removing the old sanding drum, gently roll the black rubber between your fingers to compress it slightly. The new sanding drum should slide right on and then tighten the screw.

If you are talking about Rainbow loom, or a similar rubber band loom, all the printed instructions are hard to follow. Try youtube. The kids are better at explaining than the adults. This girl is quite easy to follow

I just bought a Tfal Ultimate Autoclean iron FV 9450. I am reading through the manual and trying to figure out all the parts and functions. I cannot figure out how to remove the anti calc valve. I...

Anti-calc valve wings (grip) located at #3 of the 1-15 labeled description diagram that is part of the instruction manual. The wings are on either side of the dry/steam control #4. Lift up on the wings (grips) and the dry/steam control will accompany it. The anti-calc valve is under this control. It's easy once you realize where the silly thing is actually located.

You might have better luck at your local Ace hardware. they can get the belts, also, there are belt makers on line that make any size belt you want, and grit, any type, I can't remember the name, but I'm sure it come up under a sanding belt search, Sometimes they have a minimum order, but if you can't get one from anybody else, check them out. I think it was Sandpaper America.

The metal band that holds the muffler in place has rusted out. it looks fairly easy to replace. is it as easy as it looks, and is the part easy to order, and what's the official name for this part?? ...

for some silly reason, the actual correct part for this only comes with the new muffler from the dealer. you need to go to a parts store and buy a universal muffler hanger to rig up. good luck!

I can;t figure out how to change bands on my baby

It is easy for anyone who did it, but for the first time can be quite tricky. You have to take small screwdriver or pocket knife and insert the blade between strap/band and watch case lug (where the band is attached to watch), then pry it inwards applying some pressure. It will release the spring lug and the band will come off. You may need to repeat this on the other side of band as well. Rate me,plz.

Head lights only work on high beam

Im gonig to start out with a silly question so forgive me, Did you check the fuses? (I just didnt want to assume)
It is common for these headlight switches to have problems when the contacts inside get dirty.
If it is anything like the pickups and pathfinders you can remove the plastic cover plate on the back of the switch and carfully clean the contacts with some fine sand paper. usually works for a couple of years..

How to load tape

it's not obvious indeed!
The idea is to;
1. take out the ring (try it by releasing the back part first! easy does it.
2. put tape into the Dymo 1855 mk II by pressing the white lever down
3. then take the tape you pushed through and guide it through the ring.
4. Put the ring back into the Dymo.

It worked for me ;-)

Good luck,
