I have about an inch to inch and half of light colored and looks to be horizontal line at the top of the screen on every channel. Haven't tried anything to fix at this point.

This type of problem is seen in the old sets due to leakage of electrolytic capacitors in the vertical feedback and output section,check by replacing the same to rectify the problem.

Hi there ! If you know technically try this :
1. try to adjust manually the trimmer at the vertical and horizontal section of your tv (located inside)
2, check for possible cold solder and try to fix it by using soldering Iron and soldering pump.
3.there maybe a change value of resistor inside the horizontal Section.
4. An open and leaky capacitor might also be the cause of Horizontal line at the top of your tv screen . thank you.
