Hi,
Follow the below steps to reset and reconfigure the router: RESET:
At the back of the router you will find a small tiny hole (which has a small button inside it). Press the button with the help of a paper clip. and hold it down for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, please release the button and power off the device for 5 seconds.
CONNECTIONS:

Please make sure that THERE IS NO DIRECT CONNECTION BETWEEN THE MODEM AND THE COMPUTERS (either using Ethernet cable or USB cable).  3. Power off the modem and the router after making the connections.  4. Power on the modem and wait for the lights, then power on the router.

Follow the steps:-
1)Check the light status on the router do we have all the lights working/flashing properly.
2)If Yes then try a different computer may be the problem can be with the computer itself.
3)If No then turn the computer off and then take the power cable out from the router and wait for a min and then plug the power back to the router and wait till all the lights comes back and then re-start the pc , it may work else reset the router and re-configure it.

When power switch is turned on the Power light is rapidly flashing & the 4 Ethernet lights are flashing. The box is Actiontec GT704wg

I do not have a solution to the problem. However, I am having the same problem. This morning the Actiontec GT704WG power and ethernet lights were rapidly flashing. The modem was non-functional. I could not even connect to the modem through the browser to see if I could find a problem.

The problem lasted a couple of hours. Then all of a sudden the modem started working again. I won't be able to tell if the problem recurs until I restart the modem. And if the problem does occur again, I won't be able to connect to the internet.
