Restoring the factory settings on your Fujitsu laptop is a great way to get rid of files associated with programs that have been removed from your computer that are taking up space and get rid of pesky viruses that you can't remove from your machine by any other means.
Restoring the factory settings on your laptop can also help resolve problems with an unstable laptop.
You should also restore the factory settings on your laptop if you plan on selling it or giving it to a family member or friend.

Restart or turn on your Fujitsu laptop. Press "F12" repeatedly when the Fujitsu logo appears on the screen to be redirected to the Boot Menu.
Highlight "Recovery and Utility" using the arrow keys on the keyboard, then press "Enter."
A progress bar will appear at the bottom of the screen while the computer is loading the recovery files.
When the files have been loaded, the System Recovery Options window will be displayed.

Select a keyboard layout, then click "Next." The Operating System dialog box appears.
Choose "Use recovery tools...," then click "Next." If prompted, type your administrator password, then press "OK." The System Recovery Options window will appear again.

Select the "Recovery" tab, then click "Restoring the Factory Image (only C:\drive)."
The restoration process will begin, and the laptop will be restored to its original factory settings.
When the process is complete, the computer will automatically restart and boot up to the Windows Setup screen.
Begin personalizing your copy of Windows.

Heat Shield or HDD

At first check the fan went for any ribbon like dust accumulation. If this is the case open covers and clean fan. Remove heatsink and clean everything, apply new thermal compound/thermal pad and put back everything as before.remember to tighten the screws in chris- cross direction at maximum you can, but not break or harm any other components. see if any difference happen.
Hope this helps

Changing keyboard on Fujitsu T5010

Remove the square screw covers above the keyboard on either side of the swiveling screen hinge. Unscrew the 2 screws and use a small flat head screw driver to remove the plastic cover above the keyboard. Do this by inserting the screw driver underneath the plastic cover near to the f keys on the keyboard and gently pop the cover off. Carefully remove the ribbon from the motherboard, use a small screw driver to release the clip that holds the ribbon in place (ribbon located above f3,f4 keys). Slide the keyboard up and it should release if it doesn't then there may be some sticky tape holding the keyboard down, this is located behind the f2,f3,f4,f5 keys, carefully pull the keyboard away but hold the keyboard by the f keys so that you do not damage the keyboard by bending it. Reverse the procedure to fit new keyboard
