My Radio and Keyless Entry Remote aren't working. They fuse box shows they are linked together, but the small fuse under the driver's side panel is fine. Do you know what main fuse under the hood is linked to the smaller one?

radio fuse 10 amp - location , under hood fuse box . This fuse powers the remote control door lock receiver
Circuit Description
The remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR) communicates with the body control module (BCM) through the keyless entry serial data circuit.
When any button on the keyless entry transmitter is pressed, the transmitter sends a signal to the RCDLR.
The RCDLR sends either a lock or unlock request to the BCM, depending on which button is pressed on the transmitter.
The BCM receives the message and performs the appropriate function.
Have you checked fuse's an relay's ? Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model . Under system click on body & accessories , then under subsystem click on power locks or windows .Click the search button then the blue link . At the top of the diagram it shows fuse's that power these thing's . Check those first . Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuit's using a voltmeter ? Do you know what a ford smart junction box is ? The SJB is a fuse / relay panel that has electronic's inside . It is located inside the car under dash panel ,left side .
Module Controlled Functions
The vehicle is equipped with a smart junction box (SJB) and a driver seat module. Smart Junction Box (SJB)
The SJB is a combined fuse panel and microprocessor that controls the following systems:
interior lighting
exterior lighting
horn
heated rear window
delayed accessory
power door locks (including SMART, autolocking and luggage compartment lid release)
RFA / MOD fuse 10amp . location - insturment panel fuse box. Fuse Block - I/P
Right side of the I/P, behind the access panel
If the fuse is good your best bet would be to take it to a qualified repair shop , that doesn't mean the dealer . Lot of good independant repair shops around , just have to check the yellow pages.
Do you know what DTC'S are ? diagnostic trouble codes ! Not only the ones for the engine management system OBD 2 . There are also DTC'S for the remote keyless entry system , BCM - body control module. You need a factory or professional scan tool to view this codes
DTC B3101
DTC B3102
DTC B3103
DTC B3106
The remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR) communicates with the body control module (BCM) through the keyless entry serial data circuit. When any button on the keyless entry transmitter is pressed, the transmitter sends a signal to the RCDLR. The RCDLR sends a lock, unlock, or panic alarm request to the BCM, depending on which button is pressed on the transmitter. The BCM receives the message and performs the appropriate function. The BCM also uses the keyless entry serial data circuit in order to communicate with the RCDLR when programming transmitters. Do you know what serial data circuits are ?
DTC B3101 Keyless Entry Data Link Circuit Range/Performance
DTC B3102 Keyless Entry Data Link Circuit Low
DTC B3103 Keyless Entry Data Link Circuit High

This is what the factory manual said as to the location of power steering fluid reservoir ! Not much help , you would do better googling it.
The power steering fluid reservoir holds the power steering fluid and may be integral with the power steering pump or remotely located. The following locations are typical locations for the remote reservoir:
• Mounted to the front of the dash panel
• Mounted to the inner fender
• Mounted to a bracket on the engine
Check fuse 8 (10 amp fuse) in the under dash fuse panel. Make sure you have voltage to it on both sides of the fuse. This fuse feeds all of the items you listed.
The code is on the fuse box under the dash near the hood release. On my van there are two bar codes on a sticker attached to the fuse box. Under the first bar code, on the right side is the 5 digit code (bring your glasses the numbers are really small). After you get this code, just search the internet and there are plenty of forums on programing the keyless remote and also adding your own unique number to the key pad entry.
