Printer still wont work...

I recently contacted you online and told you about my "unable to clean"
error.. was told to clean out the ink waste tank and we did that along
with manually cleaning the print head. Machine is back together and
still says unable to clean.... we did the "reset"
code and it cleared it but we are still unable to clean... AUUGH.
I am about to throw this in the trash and NEVER buy another brother printer!
HELP!!!!!!!!
when i turn on my printer is bleeps and an error message comes up saying 'unable to clean'i have checked that there isnt a paper jam and followed instruction book but nothing seems to work.
