Question about Maytag PYE2300AY Electric Dryer
My drier is 18 months old. It shuts itself off in about 30 seconds. Until today, it has worked fine. The only thing out of the ordinary I can think of that has happened was a lightening storm last night.
It's actually the circuit board. The lightning struck near our house and the power went out. If we were to get a new circuit board the dryer would work fine. The lightning must have short circuited it. Which means the dryer wasn't properly grounded...
