Microsoft Office is not for free download. It may be under some conditions and once those conditions are over you cant use it anymore. And if they did, MS would go bankrupt.
Instead start using Open Office from www.openoffice.org. It is a free download and is fully compatible with MS Office. Please follow the link below

u can only upgrade OS absolutely free of cost. you either need to buy it for a price online or get it from the local authorized vendor.

You can't fine free copies of Microsoft Office, however, you can download OpenOffice. Its a free Office program and compatable with any Microsoft Office programs.
