after cleaning my unit, it will not reset itself. the screen continues to read perform cleaning. it is not even a year old yet

i have a ecoquest, what you need to do is push the reset button AFTER cleaning. and the preform cleaning will go away.

i have pushed the reset button. that is the problem. it doesn't reset anything
