I've spent 20 minutes googling matsui>mat110>user manuals>drivers and came up with nothing. I could not even find help at the Matsui web site. I did find several threads on different sites complaining about the lack of documentation. If you have a phone number for them I'd use it.

I telephoned partmaster, but they only supply accessory parts like remote controls.
Please can you put me in touch with somewhere where I can get internal parts or at least see a parts breakdown picture.
