Question about HP Computers & Internet
I paid for the printer along with a promise from HP that they would answer any problems I had. I certainly do not want to pay someone. I already have an IT dept at work who would gladly help me without charge. I don't understand how HP can presume upon me to pay for a problem that is theirs.
