How to move the shift lever into neutral on a 2006 Kia Sedona when the battery is dead in the button will not move

If the car is parked on a grade/hill, with the transmission in gear will prevent shifting (pressure from the wheels through your axle/driveshaft). Have one person rock the car back and forth with another person (with strong fingers!) sitting in the drivers seat with the foot over the brake (if you're on a hill). As the person rocks the car slightly back and forth, see if you can disengage the safety button and move to N or P. Obviously engage emergency brake after that!

I hit my friend'ball on the green while I was chipping from outside of green. His ball was moved to close to the hole. what is the ruling?

This is covered in Rule 18-5, Ball at Rest Moved by Another Ball. There is no penalty to either player as long as this procedure is followed: The person whose shot struck the ball at rest plays his ball as it lies; the person whose ball was moved returns the ball to its original position.

Hi i have a 1999 f150 with the 4.6 triton engine ,its strated to stall when im stopped in drive and today the gear lever has gone potty , it wont go to park and when its shoing newtral its in revers and...

It sounds like the linkage under the truck has slipped. You will need to people for this fix. One person sits in the truck with the key on and to move the shifter. The other person is under the truck loosening the nut on the linkage rod coming from the column to the linkage on the tranny. Loosen the nut on the linkage and move the lever on the tranny all the way forward should be park, have the person in the truck move the shifter to the park position and tighten the nut back and insure it stays in place by shifting it back and forth while the person under truck watches to see if it moves correctly. As far as the stall it is possibly a fuel filter.
