I am having a problem with water leaking on to the counter top. It appears to be coming from the swival but I am not sure.

- Also had water leaking and found there was a blockage from grounds in the line. Also the rubber ring around the area that grinds and taps the coffee is broken. Trying to find a replacement ring as I love this machine. Have had mine over 5 years. Can't bear to part with it.- debbieferini

I had this problem. I had to have the boiler replaced for about $100. Unfortunately the first time they did it , the leak continued. I took it back and they re-repaired it. Have it done by a Saeco dealer.
