Question about Eureka Whirlwind Litespeed 5740 Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
CentraLUX by Aerus - Model E130G 120 volts
Won't turn on. Checked outlet-is working.
Worked fine until I emptied the canister and rinsed the blue filter. Put it back on damp but did not use vacuum for few days. Thought it would dry. Could that be the problem? Need advice fast-part in a few days and I need to vacuum : (
Check your filter to make sure that it is seated completely in the unit. There is a switch at the top that the filter has to press before the unit will run. It is there to protect the unit from running without a filter. If you remove the filter, and look up into the unit, you will see it. It's a longish white plastic piece that you can depress by hand. Listen for the faint click while you are inserting the filter to be sure the filter is depressing the switch. Good luck!
