Question about Computers & Internet
First you have to check your sound card is inbuilt or internal sound card.?
then check it out your cable settings connecting sound port with your speakers. and also check your audio and volume settings in your control panel or administrator task settings, whether is it mute or decreased volume.
try to reinstall your sound card or your audio drivers.then restart the computer and check the sound.
some times, the sound card may be damaged or your drivers for sound may be corrupted. check it out speaker settings also.
