Make sure that you have enough memory to support nero. check if your computer passed all the requirements of nero. try to disable any firewall or any antivirus software insttaled on the computer before running the installation cd.check your add/remove program screen and make sure that the program nero is listed. if it is, uninstall then reinstall.
