Most the time they come with a plastic insert. If you put this in you must remove it and you will see the table top insert holes. Set the stand on something flat and have someone help you guide it in [properly then put the screws back in that you had remove to get it off. General rule of thumb is the table top stand will go straight into the bottom of you TV and may be offset to the back side of the television. Good luck finding the screws as this is the most common lost part.
Even you find it the shipping won't be cheap. They do make universal stands for LCD/PLASMA TVs. You may want to see at Walmart or a similar store if they carry the universal stand.
About a year ago a customer brought a 55" Panasonic plasma TV to our shop, and we asked him to bring the TV with the stand he found out his wife, trashed it and he made a nice stand out of pieces of wood. If you keep looking on ebay you may be able to it.
there are two types of stands, some are wall type which needs to be mounted using rawl bolts, nuts are suppose to hold a stand, some are ground stands which are suppose to be put on a flat surface in order to balance.
