Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hello, My name is Sabrina and I am trying to scan to my computer and everytime it tries, it tells me there was a problem. Can you help? Thank you

HP has a utility that specifically addresses scanning problems on their All-In-One printers.
The following link will bring you to a page describing this utility. Read through it and followit's lead to download and run it.
HP Scan Diagnostic Utility
This option has been quite useful. But it hasn't solved every scan problem.
If it does fail, let me know. We'll make sure you have the latest drivers and troubleshoot the problem from that point.
