Question about Toshiba Satellite Laptop with AMD Turion 64 X2 Processor TL-60 - Onyx Blue
I have a question, we have a router currently in our house because my son plays Xbox 360 on it. I know that I can use the router at home. But if I want to go to other places with my laptop what will I need and how can I start doing that? Sorry, I'm pretty computer literate but this will be my first laptop and I don't know all the ins and outs of one yet. I'm so excited to get a great deal from you guys too! THANKS so much.
There are two ways of getting on line outside your home. 1- you can use the built in wireless card at any location that has free wifi, ie... Macdonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, shopping malls, coffee shops, hotel/motel, etc... all of these offer free wifi. The upside is that it's free, the downside is you have to find a place with free wifi. 2- you can go through your cellular provider, ie... AT&T, Cingular, Sprint, US Cellular, whoever you have and get an airtime wireless card. The cards are around $150, then you will have a monthly charge of around $60. This will allow you to connect anywhere, anytime, as long as you have a signal.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
