Ensure that it isn't muted on headset and phone. Call us if you still have issues. Http://www.Motorola.com/contactus

ok..try to go your sound settings, maybe the microphone is turned off. OR try to restart your phone just to make that headset is working properly.

I can hear the other person but they can't hear me

Your headset may be muted. Try to unmute the call. The mute function is enabled through the volume buttons. Simply tap both volume buttons at the same time until you hear a mute tone. The mute tone when unmuting the call will be a descending tone. When you tap both volume buttons, if you hear a descending tone you have just disabled the mute function and your problem is solved. If the mute tone is ascending tones you have just enable the mute function and this was not the issue. If this is the case consult your user manual or contact Motorola for trouble shooting.

Motorola H170 headset problem

Try charging it for 24 hours, this should reset the headset. then completely delete the pairing and repair the device. If this doesn't work, there could be a problem with the mic portion of the headset.

I conect my bluetooth but when i recive a call i hear the person but the person dont hear me....

That's not your bluetooth. Make sure your phone is not on "mute". It sounds silly, but I know this solution from personal experience. :)

No voice or sound

Did you check that you didn't activate mute?
If it is on mute. Press both volume buttons at the same time you will hear two descending audio tones.

H700 headset can't hear me!

Push both volume buttons at once to turn Mute off. You should hear two beeps, ascending in pitch to indicate mute is off. If they go down in pitch mute is being turned on.
