hi, try deleting some of your data inside ur phone
you enter message menu then go down to sent and saved messages and delete all these that you have sent that are not important to you.
Maybe your problem is that you have used up all the phones memory so it
cant save any sent messages so deleting things like ring tones you don't
use, delete all the ones
you don't use the same with pictures etc delete as many as possible then
this will free up some memory for your phone and solve your problem.
let me know if this help you with your problem.. =)
how to delete save numbers in phone? go to phonebook or whereever your contacts are. click the oprion button a nd find "delete". click on it to delete selected contact
Check to see if ur call log is full and if it is u need to delete the history to begin storing future calls again and this needs to be done regularly to prevent this happening again.
Hi alot of people have been having this problem but the only way of getting more memory is to delete something off the phone like sent messages any phone numbers that you dont need or use you need to go through your phone and check everything and see what you dont need and delete. Like if when you send a message your phone might store it so have a look and delete if their is any also the best way freeing up memory i found was to delete most of the ringtones that came with the phone as i found that i didnt use any of the free ones and i only used the ones i put on their. their is loads you can delete and doing this will free up loads of memory let me know if you need further assistance. Just remember everything that is saved on the phone is taking up memory so delete everything you dont use and this will free up loads of memory.
most of the SE phone have two types of contact saving
1- in phone memory
2- in SIM card memory
if u have contacts saved in SIM memory but u r using
phonebook memory then it is default
if u save any contact in phone memory u have an option too
to copy it to SIM memory
for deleting a contact it will behave like this:
for example, u have a contact saved in phone memory
as well as in SIM memory
if u delete this contact, then it will be deleted from phone
memory but not from SIM memory
and when u are called from same number
(which is not present in Phone memory but is in SIM)
it displays the name again
if you have saved messages or loads of phone no stored in you phone try deleting these and delete all the ringtones you dont use delete all the free ones that came with the phone just keep the ones you use some ring tone files are massive and will take up mem any messages you save smileys anything that you dont use delete one ringtone i had took up so much memory i couldnt write a long message try this if that dont work take it to a small phone shop and they wii reset the phone for you for a small fee hope this helps you..............................
